愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall)は8. 鄧氏宗祠(Tang Ancestral Hall)の南隣にある先祖供養堂です。15世紀後半から16世紀初頭に建てられ、一時期は学校としても使われていました。愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall) is an ancestral hall which is located south next to 8. 鄧氏宗祠(Tang Ancestral Hall). It was constructed from latter 15th century to early 16th century and was once used as a school in 20th century.

愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall)は明朝(Ming dynasty)の弘治帝(Hongzhi emperor) (1487年〜1505年統治)〜正德帝(Zhengde)(1505年〜1520年統治)の時代に、屏山(Pin Shan)鄧族(Tan Clan)の11代目の兄弟、鄧世賢(Tang Sai-yin) ・鄧世昭(Tang Sai-chiu)、によって建てられました。
愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall) was established in 明朝(Ming dynasty) between the era of 弘治帝(Hongzhi emperor) (governed from 1487 to 1505) and 正德帝(Zhengde emperor) (governed from 1505 to 1520), by a brother of 11th generation of 屏山(Pin Shan) 鄧族(Tan Clan), 鄧世賢(Tang Sai-yin) and 鄧世昭(Tang Sai-chiu).先祖崇拝の場として以外にも、1931年から1961年の間に鄧族(Tan Clan)のための学校、達德(Tat Tak)学校としても使われました。
Not only as an ancestral worshipping place, it was also used as a school for 鄧族(Tan Clan), 達德(Tat Tak) school, from 1931 to 1961.正面入口上部にあるの石板に刻まれた内容によると、清朝(Qing Dynasty)の光緒帝年間(1875年〜1908年)の頃に大規模な改装がなされたとされています。
According to the engraved words on the stone plate placed above the main entrance, the largest renovation was held on 愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall) in the era of 光緒帝(Guangxu emperor) (governed from 1875 to 1908) in 清朝(Qing dynasty) .
その他、1940年代の火事の修復および1995年に完了した復元作業が施されています。
Some other restorations were undergone to it, such as the one in 1940s to the fire and the one completed in 1995.
愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall) は2001年12月に遺跡指定されました。
愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall) was selected as a monument in December 2001.
・構造: Structure
建物は複数回の改修や修復工事がされましたが、構造や特徴には影響なく、建設当時の面影がよく残っています。
Even some monitor and major restorations and renovations having been held on it, but its features and structures were well preserved.
愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall)は鄧氏宗祠(Tang Ancestral Hall)に似た構造(三進兩院式(3つの堂と2つの中庭))です。
The structure of 愈喬二公祠(Yu Kiu Ancestral Hall) is almost similar to 鄧氏宗祠(Tang Ancestral Hall), 三進兩院式(three halls and 2 courtyards) .
また、鄧氏宗祠(Tang Ancestral Hall)と同じく、奥の堂に先祖の位牌が置かれています。
Also, as well as 鄧氏宗祠(Tang Ancestral Hall), ancestral altar is placed in the rear hall.
