本日は香港島の繁華街の裏側、南西側にある、古い団地、華富邨(Wah Fu Estate)の写真をご紹介をします。
Today I’d like to introduce 華富邨(Wah Fu Estate) which is a series of old public housing estates located on the opposite side of the downtown areas on Hong Kong Island.
坪石邨(Ping Shek Estate)ような口型の中から空を見上げる構図や、テラス？歩道橋？の丸い穴からマンション見上げる構図で有名です。
They are famous of their photos likely to 坪石邨(Ping Shek Estate), seeing sky from the bottom of ロ shaped apartments and seeing an apartment through a hole of a terrace? pedestrian bridge?
なお、再開発の計画があり、2024年から開始ですので、行かれる方は【当投稿の情報から変わっている点があることを御理解の上】お早めに。
However, there are some plans of their re-developments which will start from 2024, please visit there ASAP if you have not yet been there【under your understandings that there may be some differences between this post】

後述もしていますが、個人的にセキュリティ状況について正確に掴めていません。(＞＜)
As I describe later on this post, I couldn’t catch the exact securities conditions there. (＞＜)
また、再開発も始まりますので、急かして行かせて、工事や注意されて結局何も撮れないという可能性もゼロではないので、皆様の短い滞在中に無理して行くようなおすすめはしませんが、無くなる前に情報は出すべきと思い、本日投稿しました。(＞＜)
In addition to it, now their re-developments will start sooner, there may be some possibilities that you can’t take any photos due to construction works or high securities levels, it should not be better to recommend you visit there during your short stay in Hong Kong.
However I concluded that it should be more important to post the information than post nothing before they are completely demolished. (＞＜)

Wah Fu Estate – Wikipedia
華富邨(Wah Fu Estate)は香港島の南西側、(Waterfall Bay)近くにある公共団地で、1967年から1978年にかけて建設されました。
華富邨(Wah Fu Estate) is a series of public housing estates located near (Waterfall Bay) on the southwest side of Hong Kong Island. They were constructed from 1967 to 1978.

2024年作業開始の再開発が予定されています。

住民の方々の移動は2027年からとありますが、Google Mapsストリートビューの上記の画像から分かりますが、元々バス停があった場所に作業員の方々の宿舎？のような建物が建てられたり、マンションの側に囲いができてきたり、既に現地の様子も変わりつつありますので、行かれる方はお早めに行かれた方がよいと思います。
According to the information on the site, residents’ movements will start from 2027 but, as you can see this Google maps street view, some accommodations for construction workers seems to have been constructed at which a bus terminal used to be and some construction walls are newly placed beside apartments, the conditions seem have already started to change day by day.
I hope you can visit there sooner.

セキュリティ状況ですが、何回か行きましたが、下記のような建物の中からの撮影は正確な状況がわかりません。m(_ _)m
Sorry but, as of the securities conditions of below angles from inside of apartments, I could not find exact securities information even I have visited there several times. m(_ _)m
なにせ、同じようなに建物が12棟(確か)もあり、数棟撮影できたあとに、注意されたりと、棟によって違うのか、たまたま運が良かったのか分かりません。(＠＠)
This is because, there are 12 same type towers (I believe), I could take photos at some, but were alerted at a certain apartment, so I couldn’t conclude just if I were lucky or securities conditions were different at each. (@@)
ネットにも画像も出回っていますので、それなりに撮影はできると思いますが、注意されたら素直に謝り、撮影をやめましょう。
There seem to be many photos taken inside the towers in the Internet, there seems some possibilities to be able to take photos but once you are alerted, please honestly apologize and stop taking photos.
なお、下記のテラスの丸い穴からの撮影は注意されませんでした。
Anyway then, I were not alerted when I took below photo, taking a apartment through a hole of terrace.

先述した通り、セキュリティ状況については不明確な点ご注意ください。
As I described before, please understand the securities conditions are not clear.
・撮影環境の変化(再開発): Changing photographing conditions (Re-development)
こちらも記載済みですが、再開発が始まっていますので、工事等の進捗状況で撮影環境は日々変わっていくと思われます。一部の構図が撮れなくなるなどの可能性があります。
As I described before, re-development has started, due to the construction works progressing, the photographing conditions change day by day. Please consider some angles may not be available.
■アクセス: Access
アクセスはバスのみになります。金鐘駅からバスに乗る方法をご紹介します。
あまり普段行かない香港島の西側のビル群の中を山を登りながら進むので、新鮮な車窓が見られると思います(◍•ᴗ•◍)
The access I can introduce is only by bus.
I’d like to introduce the way from 金鐘(Admiralty) station.
・金鐘(Admiralty)駅からの40番: No.40 from 金鐘(Admiralty) station
・どうしても2階の一番前に座りたい方は
For the people who DO want to take the front seat, they can take No.40 from the first stop

①40番のルートはこんな感じです
The route of No 40 is as below.

The bus stop at 金鐘() station is here
③降りるのは終点の華富(北)ですので、降り間違いや乗り過ごしの心配はありません。(◍•ᴗ•◍)
The stop we get off is the last stop, 華富(北)(Wah Fu (North)). We do not need to be worried about getting off at wrong stop or any overrides. (◍•ᴗ•◍)

The bus stop we get off and the apartments are located as below. The terrace is just across from the road when we use No.40. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

どうしても2階の一番前に座りたい方は、始発の 會展(Exhibition Centre)駅のバス停から乗るということもできます。(私は家が近かったので、むしろこちらから乗っていました)
For the people who DO want to take the front seat, they can take No.40 from the first stop, 會展(Exhibition Centre) station.
(Living near this stop, I preferred this way.)
①バス停は、會展(Exhibition Centre)の駅のA2出口を出てすぐにあります。
The stop is just beside Exit A2 at 會展(Exhibition Centre) station.

(いつもご紹介している)中環(Central)駅付近からも4番や4X番のバスで行く事もできますが、中環(Central)駅付近のバス停が、曜日によって違うこと、華富(Wah Fu)付近のバス停は終点ではなく途中の停留所なため、初めての場合は降り間違いのリスクがあるので今回は割愛しています。
There are also other ways there from 中環(Central), where I usually introduce as departing point, by No.4 or No.4X.
However, the stops at 中環(Central) we take are different on some day and the stop we get off is not the last but one of intermediate stops, to avoid your override or getting off at wrong stop, I concluded not to introduce here.
もちろん、香港に慣れていたり、バスのアプリの使い方に慣れている方は挑戦されても良いと思います。
Of course, if you are familiar with Hong Kong or bus applications well, I hope you can try.
