I went to watch the fireworks on Chinese National Day (1st Oct) in 2025. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
When it comes to Hong Kong firework photos on this blog, I have been to mountains to take them in the whole past.
However, this time I had already been quite exhausted due to the long walk for heritage trail on the day before under bad conditions, feeling a little sick.
So, considering (=thanks to) my hotel being located on 佐敦(Jordan) area, near 九龍(Kowloon) side firework viewing points, I decided to try there to take fireworks, from right in front.

Saying the end first, even I trying to make minimum expressions, the fireworks watched from right in front were quite superb. (≧▽≦)Got much moved❣️❣️
今回は日記につき、花火の画像は少なめですが、後に写真メインの投稿もしますので、少々お待ちください。(◍•ᴗ•◍)
This post just being a kind of dairy, many firework photos are not on it but I will place the post which mainly shows firework photos in the near future, please wait for a moment. (◍•ᴗ•◍)

山(太平山)でさえ前日組を見たことがあるので、街中の撮影ポイントであることを考えると、正面の構図は、前日組もたくさいるだろうと簡単に予想。。。
Having remembered to see some people keeping their photographing places even on the mountains, ex 太平山(Victoria Peak), on the day before the fireworks, and considering the point where I tried this day being located just in the city, I could easily imagine there must be many people doing same things….
場所確保はかなり前(午前中とか)から現地入りして、じっとしていないことを考えて、でも、恥ずかしながら、やはりそのハードワークにビビって昼過ぎまでホテルでいやいやモード。
However, this must be ashamed of me that, thinking about that I need to go there quite earlier to find my photographing point, ex in the morning, and to stay there long long time until fireworks start, I felt fear against this big penance and felt unwilling. Thus I kept staying at the hotel….
So,, I finally arrived at 尖沙咀(Tsim Sha Tsui) Star Ferry pier around 1:00 p.m. (｡•́︿•̀｡)TOO LATE 💦
尖沙咀(Tsim Sha Tsui)のスターフェリー乗り場付近から撮影場所、というか隙間探しを開始。(・∀・)💦💦
I started to find my photographing point,, exactly the gap, from 尖沙咀(Tsim Sha Tsui) Ferry pier(・∀・)💦💦

やはりですが、海沿いは人と三脚で隙間なし。。。(｡•́︿•̀｡)
As I had expected, there were no gaps but were only lots of tripods and many place keeping people along the sea…(｡•́︿•̀｡)
⇧星光大道(スター・アベニュー: Avenue of Stars HK)まできちゃいました。(｡•́︿•̀｡)やばい💦
⇧I finally reached to such place, yes, 星光大道(Avenue of Stars HK). (｡•́︿•̀｡)Oh my terrible,,,💦
こっちは花火正面だから、まずは隙間はないと絶望しつつ、、、、、(｡ﾉω＼｡)
Knowing this place should be just right in front of the fireworks, I felt disappointed expecting there should be no gaps,,,,(｡ﾉω＼｡)
がしかし✨
But✨
奇跡的に、明らかに場所取りでない自我撮り中の観光客(=ずくに開きそうな隙)間を発見✨✨
This must be a miracle to me that I happened to find a group who were taking self photos (=They apparently seemed not to keep that place and I expected they would leave soon.)✨✨
彼らの自我撮りを終了をしっかり見届け、開いた隙間に滑り込み、なんと、正面確保ができました(≧▽≦)❣️
So I DID kindfully wait for them taking their self photos, after they left, I pushed myself into the opened gap, thus, I could luckily get the best point for taking fireworks, right in front of them. (≧▽≦)❣️

海側には保安要員・警察の方々の巡回通路になっているので、海までは寄れないようです。
➡次回からは、これを考慮して、それなりに高い三脚を用意する必要がありそうです。(ﾟοﾟ人))
There was an aisle along the sea for security guards and polices for patrolling, nobody can stay beside the sea.
➡Considering these points, I need to bring tall tripods at next try. (ﾟοﾟ人))
花火を上げ【そうな】形の船が4隻確認でき、ちょうど真ん中あたりの真正面です。(◍•ᴗ•◍)
I could find 4 ships from which fireworks MAY be fired, this is why I regarded this place as almost right in front of fireworks. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
⇩現地の様子(18時頃)
The view of there (around 6:00 p.m.) 
⇩天気も良かったので、夕陽・トワイライトタイムの街並みを撮影しながら待機。(◍•ᴗ•◍)⇩
⇩It was quite fine this day, I waited for the fireworks start with enjoying taking sunset and twilight Hong Kong photos. (◍•ᴗ•◍)⇩
最終的に保安要員(もしくは警察の方々)から、座るなとの注意が何度も入り、みんな立って待機(´ . .̫ . `)
あっ、自分はもちろんずっと立って待ってましたよ(・∀・)✨
At the last, just before fireworks starting, security guards and polices strongly ordered the people who were sitting to stand, all people forced to wait with standing. (´ . .̫ . `)
Anyway, OF COURSE, I had kept waiting with standing whole time. (・∀・)✨
⇩花火直前はこんな感じ(19時半頃)
This was taken just before fireworks start. (around 7:30 p.m.)
⇩花火直前の19時45分くらい(正確じゃないですが)に花火が一発上がり、 皆さん一気に興奮状態へ。(人 •͈ᴗ•͈)✨
⇩Around 7:45 p.m. (this time may not be the exact time), just before fireworks start, one firework was fired, everyone got excited. (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)✨
次はいよいよ花火です。(*´ω｀*)💕

今回は安物ですが、持っている一番広角のレンズ,16-35mで撮影です。(◍•ᴗ•◍)
It not being expensive but I tried to take firework photos with my widest and cheapest lens, 16-24mm. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
設定もそうですが、花火はいつも開始直後の数発を見て、設定を微調整するので、今回は安物レンズにつき、もしゴーストが大量に出るようなら、ナノクリスタルコートのあるいつもの24-70mmに交換も考えていましたが、
Same as usual, I planned to adjust the setting after checking first few photos, and this time, also planned to change the lens to 24-70 with nano crystal coat if any ghost and flares can be seen.

Now fireworks have just started. (≧▽≦)❣️❣️
⇧最初のカットちょっと花火が明るいかな？な印象。
This is one of the first several shots. It seemed to be a little bright…?
とにかく一番心配していたゴーストやフレアは出なかったので、レンズの交換はなく、ちょっと設定暗くしただけで、撮影続行です(*´ω｀*)b ✨✨
Anyway, I got released to find no ghosts and flares, the things which I concerned the most, could not be seen on the photos, I decided not to change the lens but only to adjust the setting little darker.
⇧花火が大きい時は時々はみ出るカットもあったけど、アオリを調整しても20mmでほとんどの花火の全体が入りました。(◍•ᴗ•◍)✨
Some large fireworks could not be caught whole but, even after adjusting tilts, most of fireworks could be caught with 20mm. (◍•ᴗ•◍)✨
あと、真ん中上の白い 光は月です。( ꈍᴗꈍ)💕🌛✨️月も入るなんて思っていなかったので、大変興奮しました。(*´ω｀*)💕🌛✨️
And, the white light on the top is the moon. I had not imagine I could also catch the moon, so I got really excited when I knew it. (*´ω｀*)💕🌛✨️
⇩まぁ、分かってはいましたが、フィナーレは花火が激しすぎで真っ白😂
⇩As I expected, final fireworks were quite gorgeous, brilliant and sparkling. They being so brilliant and shining that almost all of them on the photos were almost white out.😂⇩
⇩いつものように、花火の後の煙の余韻も撮影( ꈍᴗꈍ)💕
Also same as usual, I enjoyed the views and atmosphere of after fireworks, that is tall buildings and flowing smoke. ( ꈍᴗꈍ)💕
■帰り道: On the way to hotel
公共交通機関は使えると予想していたので、帰りはバスか尖沙咀(Tsim Sha Tsui)駅からMTRを予定していましたが、⇩ご覧の通り⇩、彌敦道(Nathan Road)が佐敦(Jordan)付近まで歩行者天国で当然バスはなし、尖沙咀(Tsim Sha Tsui)駅もスターフェリー側は入口を閉め切っていて、中はかなりの混雑が予想されたので、ホテルはそんなに遠くないので歩くことに決めました。(・∀・)そんなに遠くないし✨️
Having expected that public transportation being available, I planned at first, to go back to hotel by bus or MTR but I found 彌敦道(Nathan Road) , from 尖沙咀(Tsim Sha Tsui) to 佐敦(Jordan) was closed for all vehicles and but opened only for people, and some exits of 尖沙咀(Tsim Sha Tsui) station were closed, it easily imagined that MTR must be quite crowded, I decided to walk back to hotel…(・∀・)Not such badly far.✨
⇧混雑した彌敦道(Nathan Road)
彌敦道(Nathan Road) was badly crowded, filled with many people.
⇩帰りに(先日投稿しました)廟街(Temple Street)で軽く夜景撮影をして、大満足でホテルに戻りました(*´ω｀*)💕
On the way to hotel, I dropped in on 廟街(Temple Street) to take night photos, which were introduced on the last post. (*´ω｀*)💕
