文武廟(Man Mo Temple)は香港島の上環にある小さなお寺です。約150年前に建てられた香港最古のお寺です。名前に文武とあるように文学と戦いの神様が祀られています。
文武廟(Man Mo Temple) is a temple located at 上環 in Hong Kong Island. It was constructed 150 years ago and is the oldest temple in Hong Kong. As on its name 文武, it honors God of literature (文) and God of battle (武).
建物は3つに分かれていて真ん中が文武廟(Man Mo Temple)です。他にもお墓や売店(御札や線香)もあります。とにかく毎日たくさんの方がお祈りやお墓参りに来られています。
There are 3 areas in this temple. The center is the
文武廟(Man Mo Temple) and the others are shops (selling incent sticks and offerings and so on) and some ceremonies. Many people come to this temple everyday for praying and visiting graves.
文武廟(Man Mo Temple)の中に入ると天井からたくさんの大きな渦巻き型の線香や御札が吊るされています。線香は願いを絶やさないようにと、常に煙がたっています。漂う煙と射し込んでくる光で、大変幻想的な雰囲気です。(◡ ω ◡)
We can find lots of spiral incent sticks hungered from the ceilings. Spiral incent sticks and their smoke mean the wishes by the people, they will be never extinguished and always kept burning.
Smokes and the sunlight from the ceiling make inside fantastical atmosphere. (◡ ω ◡)
都会の中のお寺ですが、大変静かな場所です。シャッター音を出すだけで本当に気が引けます(◡ ω ◡)
This temple being in the city, but the inside is quite quiet, we are to mind even making the shutter noise. (◡ ω ◡)
いろいろな方がお祈りされているので、邪魔にならないよう、とにかく静かにしましょう。
Anyway, many people come here, please be careful not to bother their praying.

入口に『フラッシュの使用禁止』の掲示はありますが、撮影禁止の掲示はありませんでしたので、場内撮影は可能のようです。
私もしばらく撮影しましたが、注意はされませんでした。
There being a sign saying, 『No flash 』, but photographing inside itself seems to be allowed.
Actually, I took photos for a moment, but nobody alerted me.
たくさんの参拝客の方々がこられますので、とにかく、マナーよく、お祈りの邪魔をしないよう、細心の注意をお願いいたします。

私が気づいた範囲内ですが、下記の注意事項をご確認の上、必要と思われた場合は、皆様のご判断で、さらにご注意いただければ幸いです。
⇨寺院等での撮影マナー
Many local people come here for praying, please be clam and do not bother them.
Just from my experiences, I listed up necessary attentions as below. Please carefully read. And I’m happy if you can act more carefully when you find other points.
⇨To the attentions at temples
■アクセス: Access
アクセスはMTR上環駅A2出口から徒歩10分くらいです。
The access is around 10 minutes’ walk from exit A2 on 上環 station.
①上環駅はA2出口から出てください
Please go out 上環 station from Exit A2
②出てすぐに交差点がありますので、南側(山側)への道をお進みください
You can find a corner just in from of the exit, please go along with the street to south (to mountain side)
③1ブロック進むと5差路があります
After going one block, you can find 5 ways corner.
④山に向かって伸びている2本のうち右側の路地に入ってください
Please go along with the right one of the 2 which go to mountain side.
⑤3ブロック進むと、階段があり、大通りに出られます。
After going 3 blocks, you can find stairs to main street.
⑥大通り出たら右に向かってください
Please turn right when you go up the stairs.
⑦1ブロック進むと大通りと山側に向かう車道とのT字路があります
After going one block, you can find a T shaped corner with a street going to mountain side.
⑧(右側の歩道を歩いているはずなので)横断歩道を渡ると、山側に向かう道路の脇に階段が見えますので、階段を上がってください。
(I believe you are going on the right sidewalk) Please across the main street and go up the stairs beside a street which goes up to the mountain.
⑨階段を少し上がるとトイレもあります(◍•ᴗ•◍)
After going up the stairs a little, you can find a toilet beside the stairs. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
⑩階段を3ブロック上がると車道と交差します
After going up 3 blocks of stairs, you can reach to a car street.
⑪この交差点の向かいにあるのが文武廟(Man Mo Temple)です(◍•ᴗ•◍)
文武廟(Man Mo Temple) is just across from this corner. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
